Investment: DELTA NEU central vacuum system
As part of our drive to improve working conditions, we have invested in a centralized vacuum system. Its primary function is to clean the cellars on the molding sites, as well as the sheets on the overhead belts, without re-suspending the dust.
Objectives:
The integration of the unit into the foundry premises was designed to enable sand to be recycled automatically, while being sheltered from bad weather and creating no noise pollution for either personnel or neighbors. The suction networks were made by assembling steel tubes with sealing sleeves.
The installation of this vacuum cleaner should enable us to eliminate all handling and emptying of sand boxes. It will also eliminate noise pollution and fine dust emissions.
